NDAShield supports PDF and DOCX files up to 20 MB. The tool extracts text from these formats and runs the analysis on the extracted content. We do not store original uploaded binaries — only the extracted text and analysis results.

Original file uploads are deleted after text extraction — we never keep the binary. Extracted text and your analysis report stay in your account history until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are retained for 5 years as required by Polish tax law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the Stripe billing portal (linked in Account settings). After cancellation, you keep access to any remaining subscription credits until the end of the paid period. There are no cancellation fees.

Credit packs are generally non-refundable because AI compute is incurred at analysis time. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, which can be lost once the first analysis runs. Contact us if you believe a statutory right applies to your purchase.

The Burn Score (0–100) measures how risky your NDA is compared to typical pre-sign review documents. It considers clause severity, scope of confidentiality, IP assignment terms, termination conditions, and jurisdiction risks. A score below 20 is low risk; above 60 is high; above 80 is critical and warrants professional legal review.
